Tony joined Venture Corporate Finance in September 2021 and brings with him over 5 years of knowledge of the buyer landscape in IT/MSP/Telecoms and relationship development within the sector.
His experience in disposals involving communications technology, telephony, and network providers, as well as a leading provider of critical network services, and enterprise cloud solutions for public and private sectors on the buy-side add to both his credibility and wide experience.
His knowledge extends beyond corporate finance and includes over 15 years risk, underwriting, and operational experience within the commercial finance arms of HSBC and Credit Agricole.
Tony will be responsible for working with the deal origination and transactional teams to profile and identify suitable buyers for our mandated clients.
His experience in deals such as Reeves Lund, Lake Technologies, Veber and buy-side on Datrix adds to both his credibility and experience within the ICT sector
