Croft acquires Clovertec.
Croft announces their recent acquisition of Clovertec, an IT consultancy specialist based in Leeds since 2008. Clovertec has a strong track record of delivering high-quality IT services and solutions. Encompassing B2B maintenance, software and hardware support, backup solutions, disaster recovery, network design, anti-virus… and so much more.
This strategic acquisition has led to valuable additions to the Croft team. Including Charlie, who will collaborate with our consultancy team during the merger. Plus, Idris, joining as Director of Managed Services, along with a team of 12 highly skilled professionals. Their thoughts on this development are as follows:
